Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and recommending appropriate services and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs
- Consult with customers to explain recommended services and repairs
- Provide estimates for services and repairs and obtain customer approval
- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services and products as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a stressful environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Valid driver's license
