Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing sales team.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Customer Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent sales processes and resolving customer issues promptly.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory and finance departments to ensure optimal stock levels and financing options.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations and dealership policies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
